Student-Faculty Conferences (SFCs) as a Model for Engaging Students and Faculty to Effect Institutional Change

Integrating student perspectives with institutional processes for improvement ensure that students’ suggestions are valued, yet few models for dialogue leading to real change exist. An administrator and student organizers will share the details of our effective use of student-faculty conferences at Caltech and discuss how they have fueled institutional changes.
