Applying Change Theory to Co-Curricular Program Review

Engaging in meaningful program review requires an openness to consider change as well as the courage to implement it. Applying change theory to program review processes can facilitate both. This session will discuss the co-curricular program review process at the University of San Diego and how a change lens has elevated our review practice.

Co-Curricular Program Review and Institutional Research: A Partnership for Continuous Improvement

Academy of Art University adopted an outcomes-based approach to co-curricular program review. In partnership with the Office of Institutional Research, support departments developed assessment plans and conducted data-driven program reviews in order to assess the effectiveness of programming and services to nurture student success.
