Faculty at CSU Maritime Academy were engaged in an examination of student retention, attrition, and progression to degree data with particular focus on when and where students in different disciplines withdraw or fail to advance in the university. This non-traditional view of student performance data resulted in actionable faculty insights to improve student success.
