NSSE Data Sharing and Utilization Strategies: Online Interactive Data Mining Tools and More

The IR office at University of Hawai’i at Mānoa developed a set of strategies to efficiently share and utilize NSSE data, such as developing online interactive NSSE reporting tools, customized reports, poster exhibits, video tutorials and presentations, in-person trainings, and qualitative research to gain in-depth knowledge of areas that need improvements.

NSSE Users Special Interest Group Discussion

This session provides an occasion for NSSE users to share effective practices and discuss their administration, analysis and use questions in a setting facilitated by a NSSE staff member. Join us to learn more about how institutions are using topical modules to focus on challenging campus issues, including academic advising and inclusiveness, and what aggregate data show about the state of effective teaching practice, integrated learning, and high-impact practices.
